IThe predecessor DHP-H took heat pump technology to a new level, but we've managed to move up yet another notch. Through new, opti technology the DHP-H Opti Pro can operate at even higher annual efficiency, meaning it's possible to get more than 75% of the energy consumption from free solar energy stored in the ground or the water.
Opti technology incorporates an intelligent control system that via speed controlled circulation pumps ensures that the performance is always adjusted to the prevailing requirements and conditions of the heating system. This makes the heat pump always work under the most ideal conditions available, you gain a maximum of efficiency and a minimum of energy consumption, guaranteeing you the highest possible COP, second by second, hour by hour.
The patented TWS technology heats hot-water faster and with less energy consumption than any other system on the market. Danfoss DHP-A Opti does not require any boreholes, and produces both heat and hot-water.
Danfoss DHP-H is so effective that the heating cost in a house can be reduced by more than 50 percent. It also has Danfoss' specially developed scroll compressor. This makes it a really efficient heat pump and contributes to operational reliability and quiet running. Danfoss DHP-H is very user friendly and easy to maintain. This heat pump has also an integrated electrical heating element with three power stages as a back up heater.
HGW (Hot Gas Water heater) technology
A small proportion of the heated water that is routed out into the house's heating system, passes the extra de-superheater. It is then heated up further to between 50–90°C before going into the water heater. The result is extra and even hotter tap water during the months of the year that the house is heated.
The main benefit for user is:
- higher efficiency - hot water as a bonus at the same time as the house is heated
- we produce heating and hot water in the same time
During the months when the house is beeing heated, the Danfoss Opti Pro produces much more hot water than any other heat pump on the market. This is what gives us the 10 % higher sesonal performance factor.
This heat pump operates at a low sound level and it can easily be supplemented to produce cost effective cooling. You can also control and monitor it via the Internet.
