Lake Water Source

Lake water heat pumps extract the solar energy stored in lake water through a collector loop that is lowered to the bottom of the lake. The hose is laid on the bottom of the lake or watercourse, with weights holding it securely in place and the energy is then collected in the same way as for the ground heat collector system.
